Core Services

• Our core services include Oceanfreight and Airfreight rates, Inland haulage rates, Customs Clearance rates, Cargotracking service, Value Add services such as bonded and non-bonded warehousing, CFS, marine and air cargo insurance, e-BLs and project and specialised cargo management.
• Transit times, where quoted, are estimated, and may vary according to schedule and voyage conditions.
• To deliver accurate pricing and facilitate good implementation, we will require further information and requirements which needs to be discussed to avoid misunderstandings or inaccuracies in service delivery.
• When receiving a quotation from ZebraShip, all normal or standardized information, depending on the agreed terms, to transport your cargo from origin to destination is included.

Variable Costs

• Storage: The cargo unit cost of occupying space at the departing and receiving terminal or warehouse.
• Demurrage / Detention: The cost of using ZebraShip partner shipping Line equipment is included in our pricing as per standard free times according to our partner shipping Line tariff.
• Waiting time: Free time needed for the loading/unloading procedure must be agreed upon and calculated into our partner service provider pricing.
• Free times for the above-mentioned subjects needs to be agreed upon before entering a collaboration. Anything exceeding the agreed free times will be charged as per ZebraShip partner service provider or shipping line standard costs.

Customs

Customs clearance services are subject to the applicable local regulations at origin and destination. ZebraShip and its partners act as agents only and are not responsible for delays, fines or penalties imposed by customs authorities.
